Our Community Initiatives
From funding community revitalization projects, to mortgage incentive programs, to strategic partnerships that place banking locations in under-resourced areas, Enterprise actively seeks out opportunities to make a real impact in our communities. This includes supporting affordable housing developments.
for many associates, volunteering time for their favorite organizations is one of the best ways to contribute directly to the advancement of our communities. to ensure that every associate who wants to volunteer can do so, enterprise offers paid volunteer time off and supports numerous organizations in every community we serve.
From nonprofit boards to local schools, and from Rebuilding Together to the Esperanza Shelter for families, Enterprise associates are encouraged to give their time to improve our communities. That’s why Corporate Citizenship is one of Enterprise’s eight Guiding Principles.
As a community-focused bank in all our markets, Enterprise has deep philanthropic roots with a wide variety of organizations that make each community stronger. We partner with local chapters of large national organizations including the American Heart Association, United Way, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Ronald McDonald House Charities®. We also partner with local organizations such as the Assistance Dogs of the West in Santa Fe, NM; the Bradbury Science Museum Association in Los Alamos, NM; and COMTREA, which provides affordable and accessible health care in Jefferson County, MO.
Diversity & Inclusion
We believe that diversity of thought and experiences results in better outcomes and empowers our associates to make more meaningful contributions within our company and communities. We continue to learn and grow, and our current initiatives reflect our ongoing efforts around a more diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
whether you are looking to fine-tune a skill, develop as a leader or simply explore a topic you’d like to know more about, access to training and educational opportunities is the key to lifelong learning and development.
Enterprise provides many business and financial training opportunities in our communities and for our associates. From our well-regarded Enterprise University courses, to community-based financial education, to supporting organizations that focus on learning and development, Enterprise is a strong believer and supporter of community and associate growth through education.
Helping our communities thrive has been a core tenant of the bank from the very beginning. We partner with our communities in a variety of ways. One of the biggest is to support community-based programs such as tax credits involving low-income housing and New Markets Tax Credits that enable private capital investment into lower-income communities.
365体育投注creating and supporting “green” initiatives takes many forms. for enterprise, one of the most rewarding is partnering with a wide range of businesses that share a similar mission to be environmentally friendly.
Enterprise works with many companies that focus on water conservation, renewable energy, clean water and air, organic transportation, composite railroad ties, compost, eco-friendly wood grinding, land clearing and storm debris cleanup. We also have relationships with businesses that partner with other companies to assist them in being “green” financially and/or operationally.
Enterprise Bank & Trust Foundation
the enterprise bank & trust foundation was created in 2017 to help maximize the impact of enterprise’s philanthropic activities.
The foundation has supported several major initiatives. This includes a $200,000 gift over seven years to the St. Louis Aquarium Foundation to support the aquarium’s education programs, and the commitment of nearly a half-million dollars to support seven nonprofit, community-focused organizations in Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Albuquerque in New Mexico.
